This activity reinforces patterns that students may see when graphing linear equations that are already in slope intercepts form. The families consist of lines that have the same slope but different y-intercepts and vice versa. Once students have graphed the equations on the grids provided they must make observations about the patterns they see on the graph and the equations. Families of horizontal and vertical lines have also been included. In total there are 6 families students have to graph. An example answer key has been provided for easy reference.
