"What does it take to be a, Famous American...Famous American?
You've got to - you've got to make a - a contribution,
Be a humanitarian too...
Maybe you'll be a Famous American too!"
This is the final track from my album "Songs from Room 8", and maybe my favorite one. It not only reviews some famous Americans like George Washington, Ben Franklin, Abraham Lincoln, George Washington Carver and Eleanor Roosevelt, but also sparks children to think that one day, they could do something great to be considered a "Famous American" too. I hope someone from your class does just that!
