1. Leaders covered: Martin Luther King Jr., Mother Teresa, Malala Yousafzai, Harper Lee, Oprah Winfrey, J.K. Rowling. Each of these individuals are leaders in their career.
2. Print and distribute the famous leaders biography pages (one at a time). On each page, there is a link to their biography on biography.com.
3. Prompt students to read the biography and answer the questions provided. ***Be sure to specify that answers should be written in complete sentences for full credit!
4. Once all students have completed the questions and you have discussed them as a class, assign students the corresponding biography project. I’ve included a guiding question for each of these projects.
