The vibrant culture of the 1920s-30s comes to life through figures like Charlie Chaplin, Amelia Earhart, Louis Armstrong, Babe Ruth, and many more. Students create an advertisement, newspaper article, fan letter, radio ad, obituary based on the famous Americans music, art, film, sports, and culture of the 1920's and 1930s. Students begin by choosing a person from a list of over 40 famous Americans of the period. Students then use the included pre-research and research guides to find information on the figure.
