“Famous Missourians” is a 2-day Social Studies lesson designed for 4th grade students in Missouri. Students complete a Research Chart identifying famous Missourians and their contributions. A constructed-response writing prompt concludes the lesson.
The lesson is aligned with the following Missouri Grade-Level Expectation: Identify and describe the significance of individuals who have made contributions to our state and national heritage (4.SS.H.G).
