This unit provides options for creating either a poster or a slideshow on one of 10 famous scientists. Included are student instructions for both posters and slideshows; grading forms for both the posters and slideshows; a detailed analysis of the life of each of the 10 scientists (which teachers may use for checking their students’ facts - i.e. an answer sheet), and an introduction to the unit The unit is suitable for 6th through 8th graders with the teacher adjusting the amount of information expected, depending on the grade level.
