Father's Day Awards - Writing Template and Gift

A fun and cute resource to help your students celebrate Father's Day or other special men in their life.

I realize that not all children have fathers to recognize on Father’s Day, so I’ve included multiple pages that include:

*Grandpa
*Uncle
*Step Dad

*I’ve also provided blank pages in case there are any other special circumstances to consider.

You’ll find multiple versions of the same templates, so before you begin, find the pages that will work best for you. I have provided two different designs: Trophy and Medal. This is just to give you multiple options.

Directions: Choose a cover and a writing template for each of your students and copy on white or colored cardstock. After students have completed their Father’s Day Award, staple at the top.
