Looking for an easy-peasy Father's Day craft to do with your students? Here you go! It's so easy (my 5 year old put mine together for me) and sooo cute! I also added in a survey for the kids to do about their dad or other father figure in their life. Their answers always turn out so cute!
Here's what's included in this file:
1.) Two versions of the rocket ship craft with the caption "I love you to the moon and back!" One version is extremely low prep...the other is a tad bit more involved with cutting, but both are very easy for young kids to assemble.
2.) Father's Day surveys. There is a version for dad, a version for grandpa, and a version that's blank in case a child wants to fill in the name of another special adult. Both color and black and white versions are included. UPDATED 8.30.17: Australian versions with alternate spellings for favorite/favourite have been added.
3.) Father's Day word search and ABC Order...if you're still teaching right now my hat is off to you. Here's a couple of easy printables!
