This is a Father’s Day craft that is great for younger students (PreK-1). Included are 2 versions; “My Dad is the Sharpest because he is…” and “My _______ is the Sharpest because he is…”. Your students can choose from making a toolbox or a briefcase. Print out the toolbox and/or briefcase (front and back) on white card stock. Then print out the tools and/or supplies. Fold the sides of the toolbox backing and glue to their fronts to create a pocket. Have the students write adjectives on the tools or supplies that would complete the statement. Students can then color the pictures. For the toolbox, the students can place the tools in the pocket. For the briefcase, have the students secure the supplies on top with glue.
