This Pack Includes:
*Handprint and card templates for:
For handprint craft:
*Print on regular copy paper or cardstock
*Students color the rod/hook and water
*Press or paint their hand orange (or whatever color you choose to make the fish) and press it onto the paper ‘upside down’ (I turn the paper around) so that it appears that the fish is on the hook.
*When dry, students can add ‘lips’, an eye and scales
For the card:
Copy on copy paper or cardstock and fold on the dotted line.
Have students color the fish
(I have also had them dip bubble wrap into orange paint and press it on the fish to look like scales)
Inside they can write about dad, write Happy Father’s Day, draw a picture and/or you can glue a picture of the student holding a fishing rod to the inside.
Be sure to have them sign their name and include the date!
