When printed back to back, this activity forms a mini booklet on the Arctic Circle. It can then be completed two ways, first, students writing sentences to describe each picture, or second, choosing the correct picture from the ones provided to describe the Arctic Circle features.
This differentiation allows for students working at different levels to complete appropriate tasks on the same activity.
This task was made for a high school special education class, and can be used with a variety of ages/stages, especially the early years.
This activity would also be great for a relief teacher to use, as it requires very little preparation, and can be used in conjunction with many books or videos.
