Sight word phrases have been proven to help kids become fluent readers. These phrases can easily become a part of your reading centers and provide much needed fluency practice.
There are two different ways you can use these sight word phrases.
Option 1: Flash Cards
Simply print, laminate, and cut out the phrases to create oversized (and fun!) flash cards! Students can partner up and take turns reading the phrases or read them independently.
Option 2: Sight Word Binders (my favorite option!)
In this option, simply print and place each sheet in a page protector. Print the cover of this resource to act as a binder cover and voila! You’ve created a sight word binder for the month of February! Students can easily access the sight word phrases and take turns reading each phrase to his or her partner.
***I’ve also included a colored version, as well as a black and white (ink friendly) version!
100 Sight Word Phrases are included in this resource.
