It's time for Valentine's Day, so I thought it might be fun to write about some "love-ly" Valentine's animals on this "Write the Room" activity. This is a "dual language version," meaning that each card has a picture with a word written in both English (in blue) and Spanish (in red).
Your students will LOVE these cute heart-themed animals! With 16 animals to find and write around the room, your students will be actively engaged for quite a while.
I have included two sets of cards for this activity: both are the same, except the second set is a "save my ink" version without the extra colorful borders. Since there are 2 languages for this activity, there are 2 student response sheets. Students use the response sheet that goes with the correct language. The English words are written in blue, so the code “blue” is at the bottom of the English response sheet. The Spanish words are written in red, so the code “red” is at the bottom of the Spanish response sheet. Show students how to find the code.
I have other fun Valentine's Day themed activities at my TPT store: http://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Learning-Little-Ones. I have products in both English, Spanish, and for the dual language classroom.
