February is a month to celebrate Groundhog’s Day, a month to celebrate love, and a month to celebrate Presidents Washington and Lincoln. “FEBRUARY IS…” an adapted book that teaches children about the month of February. This adapted book, “FEBRUARY IS…” will appeal to children of all ages and readers and non-readers alike. Children love to put the picture images on each page as the story is read. The predictable sentences and picture cues allow for easy comprehension and sentence formulation when retelling.
There are 12 pages in the story including 2 activity pages. All of the picture images are also provided:

How To Use:
-Students can use “FEBRUARY IS…” during independent, individual, small-group or large-group time. The story could even be sent home for additional practice.
