Product Description
Throughout the history of the United States, power has been shifted between the federal government and state governments. Hence, the relationship between the federal government and the states has continued to evolve. For the AP Government exam, there are a few essential pieces of legislation that students must know. For this project, they are assigned one of the pieces of legislation, and working with a partner or small group, complete the necessary research and components of this project. Students will complete a powerpoint project together and then in independent editorial response assignment if they think the mandate is still worth funding. A rubric as well as specific project description is provided.
