Looking for an effective resource to help deliver feedback in your classroom?
I found 'good work' and 'well done' were not helping my students to improve or providing effective feedback, so I decided to create a range of feedback forms to help give students quality feedback on their work.
Simply print off onto white or coloured paper, and attach to students work to deliver effective feedback in your classroom!
There is a range of different forms to choose from in this package to suit your needs.
They target how well they met learning intention of the lesson (WALT option also included), how well they met their success criteria (WILF option included) and sets next steps for learning or a learning goal for the students to know exactly what they need to work on to improve.
I have also included checklist style feedback forms for a variety of text types including:
- Persuasive writing
- Information Reports
- Animal Reports
Also included is a STUDENT SELF-REFLECTION JOURNAL for students to begin to reflect on their own learning in relation to learning intention (WALT) and success criteria (WILF) and set their own goals for improvement. There are a variety of page options for the journal to meets the needs of your students.
I hope you can find this just as helpful in your classroom as I have in mine!
Happy Teaching!!! :)
