This resource includes materials for an engaging activity in which students will reflect upon the work of others. Research shows that when students give successful feedback to each other, they make growth in that area. Students who analyze the work of other’s then turn it around and think of their own work.
To set this activity up print and place the posters around the room. Place however many posters you would like. Next, pick a recording sheet that matches the level you students are at or the things you would have them to reflect on. Students will then move around the room, recording feedback for each work sample. Limit the number of students at each work sample.
Come back with the group for reflect on the things they saw around the room and how this will affect their work in the future.
