This powerpoint is a great tool to teach feeling words to students. The visual cue on each page is a photograph of a real person experiencing the emotion so it is a particularly helpful resource for students learning English for the first time or who qualify for special education services. The slides are written in the style of a sight word book so that students can meet the objective of learning the content vocabulary while simultaneously practicing the sight words "she" and "is." You can use it as a powerpoint presentation to do as a shared read; put the file in a cloud and read on an iPad like an ebook; print out the slides to read as a traditional book; or print the slides out as a handout (6 slides per page), cut an index card in half to use as a cover, and staple them together for students to have a mini book that they can take home or read to a partner. In the notes section of each slide I have translated the words into Spanish and French. The first line in the notes is Spanish; the second line is in French.
