➊ Superhero Feelings Bingo
Fun superhero-themed game to help kids learn to identify emotions in themselves and others! Includes 2 versions (for different age groups), each with 15 unique bingo cards. All cards include text and pictures to clearly illustrate emotions. There are also two sets of caller cards for the therapist to read aloud and two extra blank bingo cards.
While Feelings Bingo is a great activity on its own, it can also be helpful for starting deeper discussions about what makes students feel a certain way or which coping skills can help them work through their feelings.
➋ Superhero Feelings/Emotions Chart
Common emotions are paired with corresponding superheroes to help kids understand and express how they feel. This chart can be displayed as a poster or used as a resource for group discussions.
➌ Superhero Self-Regulation Worksheet
These worksheets are designed to help kids of all ages learn to manage their emotions with positive coping skills.
There are two versions of the worksheet included--one with levels/zones of regulation and one without (for kids who are not familiar with this concept). Each version is double-sided and has 8 different superheroes.
*These resources are also part of the Self-Regulation GROWING BUNDLE
, which contains over 150 pages of helpful charts, task cards, worksheets, games, and activities!
