Feelings and emotions education is something that needs to be directly taught. This program was designed to teach students a basic understanding of emotions and strategies to cope with more unpleasant emotions. Without a solid understanding of emotional intelligence, students will struggle with social skills and may become at risk for developing mental health concerns. Included are the following items:
