Students will learn about 25 various feelings/emotions. They will identify these feelings, learn what triggers them to feel this way and how they can cope with the feelings. A helpful tool in the classroom and in the counseling office to help students expand their emotional vocabularies.
Feelings include: Angry, annoyed, anxious, brave, confused, content, curious, disappointed, excited, frustrated, guilty, hopeful, hurt, jealous, joyful, lonely, peaceful, proud, sad, scared, shy, stressed, surprised, tired and worried.
