This PDF contains a set of four "spinners" that focus on comprehension questions to be answered after reading any fiction book. Students would use a paperclip and pencil as the spinning piece. These would be GREAT if used in a center. I would suggest putting the direction sheet (page 1) and the four spinners in a binder or ring set for student use. The pages can also be laminated and just left out in the library or response to text center. In addition to the direction sheet and four colored spinners, the last two pages of the document are done in grey-scale and have two small spinners on each page. These could be distributed to students to take home or be used instead of the colored sets. Use them however you please to help your students focus on comprehension and/or responding to text. PS - Don't forget to have student write (journal) their answers to the prompts!
