Review the difference between fiction vs nonfiction with this task card set.
This is a set of 24 task cards for students to identify the difference between fiction and nonfiction books. Each card has a short summary of a book. Students read the card and decide if the book is a fiction book or a nonfiction book. They then write their answer on the recording sheet. An answer key and recording sheet are included.
You can use these task cards in many ways:
Hang them around the room and have students walk around and read them/answer the questions
Fast finishers or individual practice
Whole group (display the cards on a document camera)
