Turn your student's fidget spinner fascination into a learning opportunity with this fun state game!
Can they beat their own record? Or have them race with a friend!
There are many different ways you can use this game.
Spin the spinner and see how many state cards your student can flip over and locate. They can put a check mark on the states you find. How many states can they find in one spin? How many spins does it take for them to find them all? Use a different colored marker each time to help keep track.
Using the unlabeled map, spin the spinner and see how many cards they can locate. Write the abbreviations in the blank states.
Using the labeled map, check their work and see how many they got correct.
Have students compete with their previous record or with other students to see who can find the most states in one spin
