Each of the 8 booklets in this mini book collection ONLY USES 1 SHEET of paper! Plus, I've provided both Black/White and Color printing options for your convenience!
The packet also includes a photo guide, showing exactly how to assemble the books. NO glue, tape, or scissors required! Just a few folds and cuts of the page, and your booklets are created. It's quite simple!
This Figurative Language Mini Book Collection includes books for:
• Figurative Language Overview
• Similes
• Metaphors
• Idioms
• Personification
• Alliteration
• Hyperbole
• Onomatopoeia
In each of the 8 booklets, students are provided with a definition and examples. They are then required to create their own examples, explanations, and illustrations. So, while students are completely engaged and enjoying the activity, they are also gaining a deeper understanding of each form of figurative language.
