Are you looking for a fun and engaging way to introduce or review figurative language? This resource is for you!
During this activity, students will create and assemble a figurative language dodecahedron (12 sided figure). Each side will represent a different figurative language with the definition, an example, and a visual representation. My middle school students love to color and get excited about any chance to create something new and different. This activity allows them to do just that while learning or reviewing figurative language.
