Do you love teaching writing? My favorite part is introducing figurative language techniques! Who doesn't love learning about idioms and hyperbole? Your students will love using these whimsical posters showing the forms of figurative language they will use the most.

This is a set of 10 posters provided in four versions. Version 1 has a white frame overlaid on the coordinating background. Version 2 is the same but the sample sentence using the figurative language has an outline box. Versions 3 and 4 are the same, but with white backgrounds. This gives you many choices for your printing needs.

This is a perfect set for the beginning of the year, a writing bulletin board, or for student notebooks. Reset your printer settings to print these in smaller versions with 6 to a page for the best results.
