This is a PowerPoint game to review the different types of figurative language. Before the game are slides to review the different types of language (hyperbole, simile, metaphor, idiom, alliteration and onomatopoeia.)
The game consists of 25 questions. Each question is a sentence and students are asked to identify what type of figurative language is being used. I have played it with 4th and 5th graders but other grades will do fine depending on ability.
The file is in a zip format, you must have an unzip program to open it. If you need help with this please let me know.
It is almost identical to my Figurative Language SmartBoard game, but I wanted to offer it in a different format.
