PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product is a game-based review of five types of figurative language--alliteration, onomatopoeia, simile, metaphor, and personification! We used the drama of Bean Boozled to fuel our creativity in using figurative language to describe jellybeans.

Included:
-figurative language game cards
-recording sheet
-links to lesson plans and resources for teaching figurative language

This product was inspired by Hope King at Elementary Shenanigans! However, her standards were a bit different than mine so I had to tweak it a little. Check out her product as well to be sure you have exactly what you need!
