Product Description
This is a fun review for students when studying the different kinds of figurative language (similes, metaphors, alliterations, personifications, onomatopoeias and idioms). The students are given the 6 column headings, and then 2 pages of examples that fit into one of the 6 categories. STudents can cut/paste each example or they can play as a game with a partner. Anyway they play it, they are learning figurative language and having fun rather than a worksheet. Challenge your high fliers by having them add to each category after they sort them!
