Print and laminate each page. Cut number pages apart and have students place them on the grid to fill the chart. Color code number pages when printing for ease in management of pieces and/or differentiation.
Differentiate by using filled in pages as guides to complete pages, and have higher students complete using dry erase markers without the guides.
After laminating, I put Velcro dots on the working pages and pieces that I used with intervention group. I store the pieces in a zippered pencil pouch in a notebook with full pages in sheet protectors.
