This set of 24 task cards was created for my phonics pack for Reading Street grade 3, however is a great resource for those teaching or introducing the final syllable -le! This particular set focuses on identifying who to correctly break words apart that have le in the last part of the syllable.
Cards come with 2 sets of questions.
#1-12 - Multiple choice test prep questions asking students to identify which syllable break is correct
#13-24 - Require students to write and break apart the word on their own
The set comes with a recording sheet, answer sheet, and QR codes with answers. I use the QR codes in my classroom to have my students self assess their own progress.
I personally like to use these in an indepedent station while I am in guided reading, however they also work great as a Scoot-Around-the-Room game for whole class review.
