Description

Find Four More Cooperative Learning Activity

Get your class moving and talking while on task with this fun cooperative learning activity. This can be used an introduction activity, research activity, or a wrap up activity.

Basically you assign a category (anything from things that start with the letter B to reasons for the Revolutionary War to ways we can stop hallway littering). The students think of 2 ideas that fall into the assigned category and write them in the top two boxes. Then the students mingle, share ideas, and record 4 ideas that are different from their own.
(You can stop them before they all have 4 if they are losing focus.)

When ideas are shared with the large group, the students share another student’s idea giving them credit.
