Find Someone Who is a class building activity in which students move around the room to find someone in the class who matches a certain description or knows specific information. You can use Find Someone Who to introduce a new topic, to review material, or to practice asking and answering questions, or to help students make connections with new friends.
This packet is perfect for primary students (kindergarten and early 1st grade) because the recording sheets do not require any reading!
Included in the packet are 14 different recording sheets that address literacy and math concepts, as well as ‘getting-to-know-you’ options. Each academic page can be used in multiple ways so you can use the same page more than once as you focus on different skills.
Examples of ways to use the pages:
Find someone who has this letter in his/her name
Find someone who knows the number that comes after
Find someone who knows how many vertices the shape has
Find someone who knows the initial sound in the word
