These are fun coloring worksheets on solving for unknown side length. You can use them to supplement your lesson, provide practice for your students, or to gauge their understanding.
To use, let your students answer the problems. Then, they must match their answers to a list to get the color-letter combination. Finally, they color the squares to uncover the mystery picture.

These are mystery picture activity sheets for 3rd grade on finding the length of an unknown side length. There are two sets included in this packet, with each set having a questionnaire, coloring page, and an answer key.
The mystery pictures to be uncovered are:
- Boy Waving Hands
- Boy on a Bicycle
To use, just print and distribute the questionnaires. You may opt to give your students the coloring page at the same time or delay its distribution after they have worked on the problems(ex. give it to early finishers, or distribute after a specific time limit, or as homework).
