Find the Evidence

This is a set of anchor charts and templates for creating activities and worksheets for finding evidence when reading passages.

Included are colored and black and white pages that have different lines for various uses. I have made the pages editable so that they can be adapted for your students.

The blank page can be used for creating your own charts.

The pages with single lines can be used to create anchor charts that are specific to your class needs or book choices.

The interlined pages can be used for recording specific evidence from the text.

The pages with spaces as well as interlining can be used for adding specific questions and the evidence.

I have included a sample of questions for Who as well as a sample that was made by a teacher who tested it out.
