Can You Find the Slope Game is a game similar to the classic board game "Guess Who?" It focuses on academic vocabulary related to slope and y-intercept. It is great for differentiation, stations or centers, partner work, or homework. It is a two player game where students ask each other questions to try and figure out the card that the other person has. This is a great game for helping students to see the relationships between three representations of slope and y-intercept including graphs, equations, and tables. Students will have rich opportunities to talk about the relationship between slope and y-intercept using mathematical language.
