Product Description
Find the Slope State Capitol Geography Crossover Scavenger Hunt:

This is a scavenger hunt on finding the slope of a line that crosses through 2 given points. There are 20 questions, a student recording sheet, and an answer key.

To play:
Cut each question page in half to separate the question boxes. You will have 20 questions!

Hang the 20 questions around the classroom. Tip: Hang them in a random order, not in the order they are placed in this document. The more random the positioning, the more students will move around.

Make enough copies of the recording sheets for each student or each group of students.

Divide students up into groups of 2-3 students.

Cut out the sheet of states. (Pg.15). Give each group one of the states (you can put them in a hat and let each group draw on out, or you can just hand them out). The state tells them where to start. States are on the upper left hand side of each question box.

Each group of students will begin at their assigned state card. They will work together to solve the problem on the card. They will then find what state capitol corresponds with the answer to their problem. The next question card they go to solve will be the card with the state that hosts the capitol city that marked the correct answer. They will continue moving around the classroom answer questions until they have completed all 20 cards and have made it back to the question they originally started with.
