Product Description
In my Geometry classes, I like to spend a day reviewing how to work with the slope-intercept form of a line, as many students are rusty on the concept of how to use a given slope and a point, or two points, to determine the equation of a line.

Instead of a lecture, I open class with a mini-lecture of 10 to 15 minutes in length, when I show them what they will be learning today.

I hand out one copy of this worksheet to each student and set them to work in cooperative groups.

Because these problems "hold their hands" through the steps, I simply circulate to get them unstuck when they hit a snag.

I use this activity within cooperative groups, and I circulate to make sure they are getting the purpose of the questions.

The file includes spiral review problems.

For this worksheet, I expect students to show their work on a separate sheet of paper.

Please download the pdf preview file first, so you can see exactly what's included; the product file is a word document, which you may personalize for your students.
