This activity could be used as practice or to review finding inverses of functions.
Have students work in pairs or groups to find the inverse of each of the 12 functions.
Each pair or group of students will need a copy of pages 3-9, scissors, a stapler and string or yarn to attach the flags/banners to.
Depending on your preference, you could have students show their work on page 9 and double check each other before writing all of the steps on each flag/banner. Or, you could just have them write the inverse functions on page 9 after they complete all of the flags/banners as an easy way for you to grade/check their answers.
I have included both an answer key with only the solutions and an answer key with steps shown.
