If you haven't already heard, "Brain Games" is a popular TV show recorded by National Geographic that demonstrates how the brain processes information.
In this resource, students will watch eight clips from "Brain Games" and will be challenged to find the main idea. No only that! They'll have to back themselves up with TWO supporting details per video clip. Eight hand-selected video clips are included in this resource. All of them have proven to be a success in my classroom! These videos are short, yet entertaining and enlightening! An answer key with a link to each video is included. Get ready for some laughter and some questions from your curious students!
Note: This activity was completed in grades 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12. This activity would be easy for a substitute to implement during a class period.
