This Solving Percent Problems resource is a complete lesson aligned to 6th grade Math Common Core standard 6.RP.A.3.c that teaches students how to solve for missing parts, percents, and wholes when working with percentage problems. This lesson builds on students' knowledge of ratio relationships from previous lessons.

My students like this resource, which I use for whole group instruction and centers. My students realized the questions on practice 1 and 2 were the same - when I thought they would be different! That is the only thing I would improve!

Hi Rebecca, Some questions are the same however Practice 2 does contain some higher DOK level questions for differentiation. So to clarify, this is the rule of thumb for all of our lessons. Not every single question is different on the Practice pages because there are some foundational type questions that we want all students to be exposed to. Hope that makes sense:)
