Teacher Note: This scavenger hunt asks students to calculate slope given a linear equation, two points, or a point and a y-intercept. Cut out the following boxes and hang them around the classroom. Students should use the answer sheet to record their answers and show their work. Students can start with any problem (second half of the box), and once they return back to the first question that they completed, they have answered all of the questions (13 total). Currently, the boxes are in order (so if you start at y=2x-1, it will lead to the answer in the box at the right (slope of 2), whose question will lead to the next row), make sure to hang your boxes around the room in random order so that the problem and corresponding slope are not near each other.
