Description

This video lesson teaches students how to find the slope of a line given the graph of the line or two points on that line.

Specifically, students learn:

* That slope is the ratio of the horizontal change over the vertical change (rise over run)

* How to find the slope when given the graph of a line

* The slope formula for finding the slope given two points on a line

* How to find the slope given two points on a line

* That the slope of a horizontal line is 0 (and why)

* That the slope of a vertical line is undefined or infinity (and why)

You receive not only the instructional video but accompanying notes for students to fill out as they watch the lesson. Answer key is also included.

This means you can easily hold your students accountable, increase their retention and understanding, and provide them a great resource for review.
