In this activity, I post these equations on the front board. I give sticky notes of various colors to Teams of 2 or 3. Each Team is represented by one of the colors of the sticky notes. Teams work together to find the slope and y-intercept of each equation. Some equations are easy because they are already in Slope-Intercept Form. Other equations are not, thus making it more difficult to find the slope and y-intercept. Once they have the slope and y-intercept of the equation, they write it on the sticky note and post it to the front board.
Having the teams color-coded allows the teacher to see a.) who is not being productive and/or is getting "stuck" and b.) who has mastered this skill.
An answer key is included.
