PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Engage NY calls for students to find two parts of ten when they add three single digits. My students needed more practice with this skill so I created a clipping game with clothes pins. They look at the additions sentence. Then look at the three digits on the side and place a clothes pin on the two that make 10 (9 + 1, 2 + 8, 3 + 7, 4 + 6, 5 + 5). Last they can see what number needs to be added last to find the total (Whole) and write. Laminate and cut out cards for reuse. I hope this helps you as you explore ENGAGE NY or EUREKA :)
