Description
Finding the Main Idea is more than just figuring out what general point the author is trying to make. It’s about recognizing that we can come up with several main ideas, but the “best” main idea has strong support from the entire article. Use this lesson to give students a process to find clues in the organization of the text.
IMPORTANT July 4, 2022 UPDATE!
- Please don't buy this version: It is an older TpT Google Drive™ Folder resource. I will be deactivating this resource in the future. (If you've already purchased it, don't worry. You will still have access to all of the Google Drive files.)
- Instead, please get the newer digital download product. It has everything PLUS the EASEL by TpT digital learning version.
- The newer version is on SALE (for now) as I convert my resources to this digital download format.
- If you purchased this older Google Drive™ resource in the past, please email me at Mike@educircles.org
If you have any questions, please ask in the TpT Question section or email me at Mike@educircles.org
