A fun and engaging way for students to practice counting objects, writing math equations, and tracing words, as well as working on their fine motor skills.
Directions tell students to count the number of objects, write an addition sentence, trace (and read) the words, and then use colors or paint to complete the picture. Young students need practice with fine motor, so the pictures include dots to show students where to color or paint and practice that skill!
These sheets work great for a whole group, small group instruction, or even in a math center! Students can complete these pretty simply on their own, while practicing a variety of skills, but others may need a little more guidance and direction.
Each worksheet comes in two different formats, with and without a color word for students i.e.: umbrellas vs red umbrellas.
