Use these cards to build fine motor skills by having children build numbers and shapes with objects such as
1. Play dough
2. Unifix cubes
3. Pipe cleaners
4. Teddy bear and other types of counters
You could also laminate them and use dry erase markers as a tracing station.
This center can be used when teaching CC.K.L.1a - Print many upper- and lower-case letters. It can also be used to introduce CC.K.G.2 - Correctly name shapes regardless of their orientations or overall size.
Check out my Fine Motor Capital Letters Forming Practice Packet to help with the formation of capital letters.
