This is a very simple activity for students as a whole class fitness warm-up or instant activity or part of stations/centers. Students show 1-5 fingers (similar to doing Rock Paper Scissors, they say "Fee Fi Fo Fingers" and stick out their hand with 1-5 fingers out) to each other as partners, getting a score of 2-10, which they then use to determine which exercise they need to do. A very engaging way to practice fitness skills. It can last about 10 minutes as a separate activity.
